This is especially true, as family and friends are gathered together for a feast, which most probably includes this flavourful rice-based dish. As it happens, even though several residents can go on a nine-day break, if it falls on Tuesday, there are still many who are staying in the UAE and will be celebrating the festival sharing delicious food with their loved ones.
There Are Bulk Orders Being Placed For Lambs
It was also mentioned in the same report that there are some restaurants that are expecting over 10,000 delivery orders with bulk orders already being placed for lambs. In fact, some are going out of their way to hire extra people to fulfil the demand in the kitchen. This hardly comes as a surprise, as Eid al-Fitr is a time of a lot of rush, especially in the restaurant industry. As such, restaurants are also hopeful about good business during the expected nine-day break.
