Centre shared that PM Modi took a total of 21 international trips on Thursday. It was also shared that all these trips cost a total of ₹22.76 crores. The exact amount incurred by the government on all the foreign visits of Narendra Modi is ₹22,76,76,934, as shared by the Ministry of External Affairs. Out of these 21 foreign visits ever since 2021, PM Modi traveled to the United Arab Emirates twice, the United States twice, and Japan thrice.

India’s President went on 8 international visits ever since 2019. A total amount of ₹6.24 crores has been incurred by the government for the President’s foreign trips. The exact amount spent on these 8 visits is ₹6,24,31,424. Out of these 8 trips abroad taken by the President, Ram Nath Kovind went on 7 of these 8 visits. Droupadi Murmu took just 1 foreign trip since she became the president of the country. She went to the United Kingdom in September last year. V Muraleedharan, the Minister of State for External Affairs, stated these details while answering to a question in Rajya Sabha.
The government also spent a great amount on the visits undergone by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar ever since the year 2019. The amount incurred by the government is ₹20,87,01,475. S Jaishankar went on a total of 86 international visits in all these years.
