Pune Railway is currently struggling with a shortage of Rail Neer packaged drinking water. According to an article by Pune Pulse, this particular shortage is a result of delays in supply. This has resulted in passengers complaining about the unavailability of water.

Hence, authorities are taking steps to aid the situation. They have temporarily allowed the sale of nine other packaged drinking water brands. These are Oxyblue, Nimbus, Gallons, Elvish, Health Plus, Rococo, Sunrich, Eionita, and Oxymore Aqua.

However, the sale of these nine brands is allowed only till the 31st of May. Beyond that, Rail Neer will again be the only brand of water whose sale is allowed at all the railway stations in India.
