One of the easiest and most common ways to eat flax seeds is by adding them to your morning smoothie. Just blend them with your fruits for that slightly nutty flavour and a health boost. However, if you don’t like the taste of blended seeds in your smoothies, then just simply sprinkle half a teaspoon of them on top of your smoothie. Simple, right?

2. Sprinkle Over Curd Or Yoghurt

If you enjoy a bowl of curd daily, whether with lunch or as an evening snack, this one’s for you. Add half a teaspoon of roasted flax seeds on top and give it a good mix. You won’t even notice a taste difference, but will still get all the health benefits. Adding flax seeds to curd gives it a mild crunch and works really well with its texture.
