R. Madhavan On Vedaant Madhavan, His Gold-Medalist Son
We were on the topic of stress when we questioned him, “What are the situations that make you feel stressful?” R. Madhavan replied, “Oh when I think about the future of my child for instance,” before adding a long list of things that increase his stress. Some of them were random things and others were genuine concerns about the health issues of his near and dear ones.
Vedaant Madhavan is an outstanding swimmer who has bagged multiple medals and trophies for India in international and national games. He is a champion who outshines his opponents with his skilful mastery in swimming! Kamiya praised his son and told him not to worry about Vedaant’s athletic career.
He said, “Being a son of celebrity is a boon and a curse. So you know, the smallest achievements and defeats get highlighted.” Actor R. Madhavan then appreciated his son’s skills, the medals and trophies that adorn Vedaant Madhavan’s name. He told us that Vedaant still has a long way to go.
However, according to our guest, his son is aware of his privilege. Nonetheless, Vedaant is working hard towards a brighter future for himself and his home country!

Vedaant Is Extremely Disciplined

The actor added that his son is incredibly disciplined when it comes to his daily routines. Vedaant Madhavan adheres to every single training plan and R. Madhavan wishes to be as disciplined as him. Madhavan shared, “He gets up at 4 (in the morning), he trains six hours a day, and he is disciplined about his food. I don’t think I have much to teach my son. I have a lot to learn from Vedaant.”
