The Statue of Belief is the tallest Shiva statue with a height of three hundred and sixty-nine feet. Earlier it was decided that the statue will be two hundred and fifty-one feet. However, a tank was installed in order to represent the river Ganga flowing from Lord Shiva’s braid. This ended up increasing the height of the statue.

2. Can Withstand Thunderstorms

The architecture and durability of this statue enable it to withstand any thunderstorm or hailstorm up to a speed of two hundred and fifty kilometres per hour. Moreover, it is said that it can stand for two hundred and fifty years.

30,000 tonnes of Panchdhatu were used to make this tallest Shiva statue. To be specific, 2,601 tonnes of iron, 2,600 tonnes of steel and 26,618 cubic metres of cement were the exact amount of material used for this.

To make this statue, a total of ₹300 crores were spent. The foundation of this statue was laid in 2012 by Sant Morari Bapu. and the creator of this marvellous wonder is Sculptor Naresh Kumar from Pilani. The statue is decorated with laser lights as well.

5. Water Tanks Installed For Jalabhishek

There are two water tanks installed on the head of the shiva statue. One of them is used for emergency purposes while the other is used to draw ‘Gangaajal’. it is also accompanied by a statue of Nandi on its right side.
