Ras malai is a popular Indian dessert that’s relished by people around the country. In this dessert a juice-soaked sponge swims in the middle of the flavourful milk that’s been infused with just the right amount of saffron. This dessert is certainly a favourite for many people! However, Rocky Mohan of the Old Monk family recently took to his Instagram account to share a new way to enjoy this good old Indian treat.
He Infuses 60 ML Of Coffee XO With The Dessert
In the video, he is seen using the Old Monk Coffee XO wherein he pours 60 ML from the bottle and then mixes the same in a bowl of ras malai. Once he has thoroughly mixed the drink with the milk of the dessert, he cuts through the Coffee XO-infused sponge and digs into the same. After this, he is seen gulping down the now Old Monk mixed milk, which seems to have been enhanced with the flavours of coffee. It does sound quite tempting, doesn’t it?
