Sara Ali Khan Visits Manali’s Iconic Hidimba Devi Temple; Travel To This Historical Religious Site ASAP

Presently, Sara Ali Khan is in Manali for one of her upcoming movies with a leading Bollywood star and she visited the renowned Hidimba Devi Temple on her work trip.

Sara Ali Khan Sought Blessings At Hidimba Devi Temple

Sara Ali Khan is paired opposite Ayushmann Khurrana for the first time in one of their next movies, and we are too excited to see them together on the screen. According to reports surfacing online, they are working on a movie under Dharma Productions, and its shooting has begun already. The crew and team members have reached Himachal Pradesh’s Manali. She shared behind-the-scenes glimpses with her Instafam.

Between makeup, shooting, and travelling for her next spy comedy, Sara took some time to explore the picturesque hill station. While enjoying being a tourist in Manali, she visited the historical Hidimba Devi Temple. By now, the world knows the actor’s fascination with travelling to beautiful religious sites.

From offering prayers at Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga temple in Madhya Pradesh’s Ujjain to joining the Amarnath Yatra in Jammu and Kashmir to seeking blessings at Guwahati’s Kamakhya Temple, her travel diaries inspire us to explore India and experience the fulfilment of spiritual journeys.

Taking to Instagram stories, Sara also shared snippets of beating the cold weather by sitting next to a bonfire. Her co-actor Ayushmann Khurrana and director Aakash Kaushik posed for a beautiful picture.

Dedicated to Hidimba Devi, this historical temple is visited by lakhs of tourists throughout the year. Also known as Dhungri Temple, it is surrounded by cedar trees. Believed to be Manali’s most sacred religious place, Maharaja Bahadur Singh built Hidimba Devi Temple in 1553 CE. The spiritual atmosphere here is a splendid aura to soak in.

Hidimba Devi is the wife of Bhima, one of Mahabharata’s five Pandavas. Hidimba Devi Fair is celebrated annually during the arrival of spring season.
