What’s It?

Saudi residents, your search for fun activities, the latest trends in gaming technology and new entertainment experiences ends here! Riyadh has a brand new next generation virtual reality gaming.

Zero Latency, a free-roam, multiplayer virtual reality gaming is now available at the Salma Center, in Riyadh. The arena provides a large-scale immersive experience, spread across 600 square metres.

Guests can experience what it is like to to walk on a new planet, and fight with zombies or alien robots. In order to make the experience more realistic, guests are provided with state-of-the-art virtual reality headsets, headphones, military-style backpacks and controllers that replicate movements in the game.

Doran Davies, CEO of Zero Latency in the Middle East, said: “ Zero latency is a perfect fit for the Saudi market given the community’s hunger for new technology and entertainment. We’ve eliminated the motion sickness sometimes associated with VR experiences using a combination of technology and proprietary software, hence the name Zero Latency.”

Tickets cost SR150 for an hour-long experience, including a briefing, and are available at the venue or on the company website.

The arena will be open from 4:00 pm to 12:00 pm Thursday and Friday and from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm- Saturday to Wednesday. During the month of Ramadan, the operational hours will be from 8:00 pm to 2:00 am on weekdays and weekends.
