1. 3,000+ Lights Illuminate UAE Cities For Eid Al Adha

Eid al-Adha decorations and operational plans have been unveiled across the cities in the UAE. The municipality announces the rollout of illuminated streets. There will also be expanded slaughterhouse services, and public safety measures will be enhanced, as mentioned in a report of the Gulf News.

2. Muslims From Around The Globe Gather For Hajj

For Hajj 2026, Muslims from across the globe are gathering in Mecca. With thousands of them coming to the holy site, the pilgrims are gathering for deep prayer, and the vast crowds are moving in unison. Images have also come from the holy city, of some precious moments of the pilgrimage.

3. Oman Resumes Permit Issuance For Drone Operations

The Civil Aviation Authority in Oman has resumed permit issuance for drone operations and aerial sports, as revealed by the Gulf News. The report quoted the authority and mentioned how the permits will again be granted in designated green zones.

4. NCM Predicts Temperatures For Eid Al Adha In UAE

As revealed by the NCM, the meteorological department has forecast hot and humid weather conditions across the UAE. This forecast was for Monday, May 25th, and it would be throughout the Eid al-Adha holiday week. As such, the temperatures are expected to increase up to 45°C in some internal regions.

5. National Museum Of Oman To Be Closed On First 2 Days Of Eid Al Adha

As revealed by Muscat Daily, the National Museum of Oman has announced closure for the first two days of Eid Al Adha. Yes, the reopening to the public will happen on Friday, May 29th. This would be from 10 am to 5 pm.
