Saudi Budget-Airline, Flynas Introduces 3 Weekly Flights Between Jeddah & Casablanca

Flynas, a Riyadh-based carrier, has inked a deal with Saudi Arabia’s Air Connectivity Programme to provide new and direct flights from Jeddah to Casablanca and Morocco. The expanded connection comes after the Saudi government announced that flynas will be included in the national Air Connection Programme. By 2030, the goal is to connect Saudi Arabia to 250 locations.

Beginning August 3, flynas will operate three direct flights on Saturdays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from Jeddah. The flights are set to fly between King Abdulaziz International Airport and Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca.

The Saudi Air Connectivity Programme seeks to enhance tourism and position the Kingdom as a worldwide aviation leader. Saudi Arabia intends to draw in 100 million tourists every year by 2030.

Flynas flights to Algiers, Algeria, Almaty, Kazakhstan, and Casablanca, Morocco are part of the Saudi Air Connectivity Programme. Flynas now claims to be the Middle East’s top low-cost airline, with a primarily regional network within Saudi Arabia. Flynas, on the other hand, has certain international flights, including Istanbul and Dubai.

Saudi’s Low-Budget Carrier Aims To Provide Better Travel Experience To Pilgrims

The program’s goal is to enhance Saudi Arabia’s aviation and tourism sectors by linking the Kingdom to over 250 worldwide locations by 2030, making it easier for visitors, pilgrims, and Umrah performers to travel.

Recently it also announced the expansion of its network in Egypt. Flynas is now the official first Saudi carrier to launch direct flights from Riyadh and Jeddah to Cairo’s Sphinx International Airport.

The Saudi Ambassador to Egypt, the CEO Of flynas along with some representatives from Egyptian government agencies joined the event. The primary low-cost carrier of Saudi connects the two nations with direct flights from five Saudi cities to Cairo, Sohag, Sharm El-Sheikh, and Hurghada, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Medina, and Al-Ula.
