  • Connecting Secunderabad in Telangana and Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh, this train operates 6 days a week. It does not provide services on Tuesdays.
  • The 20701/20702 Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express covers a total distance of 661 km.
  • Travelling at an average speed of 80 km/h, it takes 8 hours and 15 minutes to cover the total distance between Secunderabad and Tirupati.
  • Between these two railway stations, 5 halts are coming in between; Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Guntur, Ongole, and Nellore.

The 20701 Secunderabad-Tirupati and 20702 Tirupati-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express leave the origin destinations at different specified timings.

  • The journey from Tirupati starts at 3:15 PM. It reaches Nellore at 4:44 PM, Ongole at 7:58 PM, Guntur at 7:45 PM, Miryalaguda at 9:17 PM, Nalgonda at 9:49 PM, and lastly Secunderabad at 11:30 PM.

If you are planning to travel on this Vande Bharat Express, you can easily book tickets from Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC). Tickets are available with necessary details such as prices, timings, and more on the official website.

  • The fare for both the journeys from Secunderabad to Tirupati and from Tirupati to Secunderabad are different according to seating arrangements.
  • For Secunderabad-Tirupati, the fare for Chair Car is ₹1680 and ₹3080 for Executive Cass.
  • Lastly, for Tirupati-Secunderabad, each ticket for Chair Car costs ₹1625 and Executive Cass costs ₹3030.
