And when you head here, make a pitstop at one of Sharjah’s legendary kebab shops-Al Ashiya Cafeteria

Guests will be permitted to visit the Art in the Age of Anxiety, only for 45 minutes. Besides, Rain Room will accommodate five guests at a time, with a 15-minute time limit. All visitors are required to wear face masks, undergo thermal checks and follow social distancing protocols.

Other Foundation venues and spaces will remain closed until further notice. In addition, all events and programmes that involve the gathering of a large number of people will be postponed until further notice. On another note, these Leisure & Eco-Tourism Destinations In Sharjah Are Now Open.

Guidelines Followed Within The Premises

The Foundation follows increased cleaning and sanitisation of all venues, spaces and offices in line with the recommendations of the Sharjah health authorities. There will be frequent and regular temperature checks for Foundation staff and visitors at the entrances to offices, exhibition venues and the Rain Room Sharjah. Hand sanitisers and other sanitisation products will be available at all entrances.

Furthermore, protective gloves will be provided to visitors who wish to try interactive and experiential works. Visitors are encouraged to wear masks at all times during the visit. In adherence to government regulations, children under age 12 and adults over age 60 are not permitted to enter the venues. Guided tours are not available for the time being.
