George Bernard Shaw once said that there is no sincerer love in this world than the love of food. And we whole-heartedly agree and so does Shefali Shah, it seems. The talented actress recently visited Maaslli Saraswat and GSB Speciality in Worli, Mumbai with her friends and had a tummy-filling meal. She shared pictures of the ‘amazing food’ she had there on her Instagram and we’re loving this foodies side of her.

Shefali Shah visited Maaslli Saraswat and GSB Speciality with her friends and she tried the famous Saraswat cuisine there. This is a kind of Konkani cuisine from the Konkan region on the western coast of India. And Maaslli in Worli is especially popular for its authentic Saraswat and GSB seafood.

In the pictures posted by Shefali on her Instagram story, she was seen enjoying Clams Bhujane and, what looks like, Fried Bombil. Clams Bhujane is a speciality dish of this restaurant that is prepared by frying clams in GSB masalas and fresh coconut. She added a caption to her story that said, “stuffed with amazing food.”

Since no meal is ever complete without some desserts, Shefali chose the popular dessert – Ukhdiche Modak from Maaslli’s menu. Served with a generous sprinkle of sugar syrup and dry fruit garnishing on top, these modaks are one of the best sellers at this restaurant. Shefali was ‘too busy’ eating so she couldn’t post many pictures of the food she enjoyed here. But she did add a caption on her story that said, “tummy & heart full.”

We don’t know about you, but these pictures have surely left us drooling!
