While new things are opening nearly every day, some really massive projects are lined up in several parts of the kingdom that will certainly put the destination among the top tourist spots. And now, joining this bandwagon of developments, there is a new amusement park that will be opening soon in Qiddiya. We are talking about the newest Six Flags amusement park, which will be located on the outskirts of Riyadh.
Six Flags Qiddiya To Open In 2024?
While the Qiddiya Entertainment Project was established in 2018, the construction for Six Flags Qiddiya began a year later. And now, phase I of this process is set to be completed this year, according to a report by the Khaleej Times. This family attraction is expected to open as early as October 2024. Although the opening date is yet to be announced, we can’t wait for the theme park to open super soon. Going by the description of the theme park on its website, it is mentioned that this park is going to break all records of family, fun, and entertainment.

Talking about the park, this amusement destination will be spread across six themed lands. However, the highlight will probably be the range of record-breaking rides and attractions that are planned to be set up. These attractions also include the gravity-defying Falcon’s Flight, which is the world’s longest, tallest, and fastest coaster. Now, coming to the six themed lands, these have been named Steam Town, Twilight Gardens, City Thrills, Valley of Fortune, Discovery Springs, and Grand Exposition. As evident from the name, each of these lands depicts an important part of the Arabian heritage.
