For starters, the process of applying for this visa is just 20 days! Not just that, you will pay 24% less corporate tax as a digital nomad. This visa will be valid for 2 years with the permit of 1-year extension if you continue to fulfil the conditions required.

- You must be a remote worker or employed in a foreign company.
- You should have sufficient financial means to sustain your stay.
- You must not hold a criminal record.
- You shouldn’t have any prior Spanish immigration law violations.
- You can bring your family with you if they have the required documents.
You can apply for a digital nomad visa from the Spanish embassy or the consulate in your country. You may also directly apply for one, right after you land in Spain as a tourist.
