Indian nationals can now visit Malaysia without a visa, thanks to a recent declaration by the Malaysian government. This is a ground-breaking move that will undoubtedly increase demand for travel to Malaysia.

As a way to celebrate this important turning point in building closer links between the two countries, AirAsia announced plans to increase inter-country travel, including the inauguration of a new route to Thiruvananthapuram (beginning on February 21, 2024) and special prices to Malaysia from India.

This comes after AirAsia said that it will significantly expand service between the two nations, with up to 1.5 million seats annually and an astounding 69 weekly flights beginning in the first quarter of 2024.
