Bao is a traditional Chinese dish which is soft, steamed buns usually stuffed with meat fillings. But Royal China one-upped us by preparing sweet Baos, oozing with liquid chocolate. What’s more, they also offer Custard Bao called Lai Wong Bao which is available both steamed and fried.
