Tamannaah Bhatia, Aashim Gulati, and Suhail Nayyar joined for an exciting episode of The Bombay Journey X Sunday Brunch. They met with the Editor-in-Chief of Curly Tales, Kamiya Jani, and Siddharth Aalambayan of Mashable India for this outstanding episode. Tamannaah Bhatia Bought A Bathrobe Worth 8 Grand
At SodaBottleOpenerWala, while indulging in an extensive buffet of Parsi cuisine, we had a great time playing the game ‘Never Have I Ever’ with our guests. Kamiya asked if someone had ever stolen anything from hotels. Siddharth is the first to say that the things that are allowed to be taken from hotels should always be taken. Tamannaah added that she has taken bathrobes and paid for them. Now that’s another way of taking things from hotels.
Kamiya said that she didn’t know that bathrobes could be bought from hotels as well and Tamannaah assured her that you could request them, and they happily oblige. Sometimes the hotels have been kind enough to gift it to her as well. Then she narrated a short story about buying bathrobes, which left everyone in shock.

She continued by saying that the hotel’s bathrobes drew her attention when she was in Jaipur attending a wedding. She said, “The hotel genuinely had very good bathrobes.” Thus, she purchased a pair of bathrobes for herself and her friend from the hotel. She spent over a whopping 8 grand on it! We sincerely hope that the bathrobes are as soft as butter and worth this hefty sum.
Did She Use Her Popularity For Discounts?
After getting to know that she is gifted and also pays for the things she likes, we went ahead to asked all of them if they had used their popularity to gain some discounts. Tamannaah Bhatia went on to say that she feels that if someone has fame and is recognised, then people tend to charge them more.
She explained that people think famous people have all the money in the world, and it is okay to charge them more. She has been the victim of being charged more. Tamannaah also thinks that she will be charged less if she doesn’t pose as her usual self and becomes an imposter. Siddharth Aalambayan went on to agree with this claim and said that they quote you money by judging your car.
