Tim’s video of preparing Kerala biryani shows the steps involved in the process. He began by grounding all kinds of spices for this recipe. Tim visited an Indian market to purchase spices such as red chillies, star anise, coriander leaves, and all necessary ingredients. From using cinnamon to cardamom to desi masala, he cooked Kerala’s special biryani to get the perfect burst of flavours in each bite.
The vlogger added fried onions, cashew nuts, tomatoes, curd, ghee, good-quality rice, and loads of great ingredients to get the heavenly biryani taste famously found in Kerala.
