We’re not really sure if we must be surprised! This is not the first time Dubai is making to the list of the World’s biggest, tallest. Yes, we’ve done it again! The city’s most royal possession- the Burj Al Arab has been crowned the world’s best hotel. You deserve it, you beauty! And whats’s even better is that this grand structure has bagged the tag for the second time in a row. Can we just give this stunner a thunderous applause and a standing ovation!

What’s It?

The Burj Al Arab has bagged the proud tag for the ‘Best Hotel In The World’, for the second year in a row now. Besides, the hotel was also awarded the ‘best hotel in the Middle East’ in the Ultimate Luxury Travel Related Awards at an industry event in Dubai this week.

Famously known as the world’s only 7-star hotel, the architectural marvel was designed to reflect the iconic nature of the city under the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The interiors of the hotel spell grandeur in every nook and corner. The hallways are decked in 24-karat gold while the foyer will leave you surprised (or should we say shock!)

Furthermore, the hotel also boasts a lavish bar on the 27th floor- Gold On 27 and this one’s every bit true to its name! You’ve got to see it to believe it!

The opulent hotel has 200 Suites offering breathtaking views of the city and more than 120 butlers delivering impeccable service. There’s also a luxurious spa, that will transport you to another world altogether.

Well, with all the goodness and luxury packed inside one tower, we’re not surprised it has wowed the world!

Think Dubai and this is one of the first things that will crop up on the list of places to visit in Dubai. The world’s tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa has its home in Dubai. Dubai is broke its own record by launching the World’s Tallest Hotel which is one meter taller than Dubai’s JW Mariott Marquis, Gevora Hotel is nearly quarter of a mile high. The highlight of the hotel is the lavish rooftop pool offering stunning views of the city. The exterior of the hotel is made of 100% gold and the pointed roof glows the brightest in the night. In fact, the arrow-like roof is also visible from the Palm Jumeirah on a clear day.
