A vintage home in Kolkata was turned into a restaurant cum boutique hotel and you can now spend a weekend with bae or even stop by for a quick meal here. After giving the British Colonial bungalow a makeover, it now houses 7 gorgeous rooms and a colorful multi-cuisine restaurant.
About The Rooms
During the British era, spices were a unique luxury in India. Thus, the rooms here are dedicated to spices and materials that the East India Company specifically dealt with. The Rooms – Indigo, Crimson, Ivory, Charcoal, Vermillion, Viridian and Cadmium. Each room accommodates 2 individuals and houses a double-bed, bathroom and verandah. The rooms have their own spark, so whether you’re looking for a couple of days of relaxation, or to re-energize or to experience the local vibe of the place, you can pick your room accordingly. The cost of each room is ₹3500 onwards and varies on weekends.
About The Restaurant
Whether you’re craving a good breakfast or you want to end the evening with some cocktails, the Courtyard Corner has something in store for everyone. Apart from the all day breakfast menu, they serve Italian, Indian, Continental, and European cuisine. They’re known for their seafood dishes and their boozy cocktails.
