The First Picture Of Mars From The Hope Probe Mission Is Here and It Looks Stunning

On February 9, 2021, UAE created history by becoming the fifth country in the world and the first Arab country to reach mars successfully. The Hope Probe Mission, which began in July 2020- reached its final destination after seven months on the 50th anniversary of the UAE Federation. And now the first image of Mars has been shared from the Hope Probe to the UAE. It was taken from 25,000km over the Martian surface. The Ruler of Dubai was one of the first to share the image, check it out.

The Hope Probe Mission Managed To Capture The Largest Volcano In The Solar System

The Hope Probe Mission carries three scientific instruments including- an EXI digital exploration camera, which has the specific needs to provide the high resolution needed to capture the Red Planet. And using these instruments it managed to capture, the largest volcano in the solar system, Olympus Mons, rising into the early morning sunlight.

The Mission Aims To Share 1000 GB Of New Data With Scientists Around The World

In terms of the red planet, Mars consists of three prominent shield volcanoes. Besides this, there are valleys filled with ice clouds. Well, as beautiful as it looks, you will be surprised to know that this image is the first of more than 1,000GB of new Mars data that the Hope Probe will provide and which will be shared for free with 200 academic and scientific institutions around the world.

The Hope Probe mission aims to build the first full picture of Mars’s climate throughout the Martian year. And by the looks of it, we are very sure that UAE will definitely be able to sure the most unseen and spectacular sight of the Red planet soon.
