What’s In It?

Due to heavy rains, the tar road was proving to be non-efficient and thus, the PWD had decided to go for a concrete road. this will ensure a better commute to the fort for vehicle users.

Apart from this, the PWD departments are also in the process of providing more amenities to the fort like metal railings, steps, caution boards, and toilets blocks in the coming months.

The improving conditions of the fort will attract more visitors which will, in turn, generate income for local villagers and for the forest department that annually earns a revenue of Rs 10 lakh from the visitors/tourists.
