The International Kite Fest is back & is taking place at Al Mamzar Park. Buy your ticket early & get free kites!

What Is It?

The International Kite Fest is back for its second year & is taking place on Friday 18 January at Al Mamzar Park from 10 am to 7 pm. Visitors can expect to see swanky kites filling the skies of Dubai at the festival. There will be traditional kite-flying activities along with competitions & lots of prizes up for grabs.  Those attending can fly their very own too & kids can enjoy at the kite-making workshops where they can learn all about the art of kite flying, free face painting, balloon bending and more. Plus, there will be a happiness corner with a play area for the kids with prizes to be won.

What Else?

Families can set up their own picnic on the Al Mamzar Park’s lawn or grab a bite from a choice of food stalls. There’s even a henna station for mums and a DJ dropping the latest beats. If you buy a ticket before Thursday 10 January, you get three free kites for the event. The weather is perfect for a fun kiting day at the beach. See you there!
