After a long Eid break, we are sure it’s tough getting back to work on a Sunday morning, but we have some good news for you. The next public holiday in UAE is arriving in just two weeks. The holiday is expected to fall midweek on Tuesday 11th September 2018 (subject on moon sighting), which will make it a four-day working week. Al Hijri is called the Islamic New Year which marks the beginning of a new Islamic calendar year and is the day on which the year count is incremented.

Before the year ends we have a couple of public holidays pending which is – Prophet Mohammad’s (PBUH) Birthday on 20th November 2018, Commemoration Day on 30th November 2018 and UAE National Day on 2nd December 2018.
