What’s In It?

If you ask us how small is Hōseki? Well, it only has 9 seats. Taking guests on a one-of-a-kind culinary journey, Chef Sugiyamau uses seasonal ingredients imported direct from Japan.

The restaurant is located on the fourth floor of the Bulgari Resort, and you’ll arrive at a special area called the tokonoma. You will be welcomed by Japanese hostesses dressed in traditional kimono, who will guide you to the open counter, with some pretty enchanting views.
