The United Arab Emirates is about to welcome a brand-new island named Ramhan Island. It can be called the most modern phenomenon to settle in Abu Dhabi. The project would offer 1,800 beach villas, 1,000 homes, a hotel, and a beautiful marina. It will be 20 minutes from the capital city.
Mohamed Alabbar, the CEO of Eagle Hills and the founder of Emaar Properties, will introduce this new neighbourhood under his own private company.

One thousand branded apartments, a harbour, and a hotel will be part of the multibillion-dollar island project. Also, Ramhan Island in Abu Dhabi will contain a five-star hotel and floating residences. Eight distinct villa styles and layouts are how the overall project is stylised. From 265 square metres to 700 square metres, the space will be covered by the designs and layouts. The island is home to turtles, dolphins, and birds in addition to having everything that nature has to offer.
Visitors and residents will have the chance to enjoy a standard of living that has never been experienced before because of its unique and tranquil surroundings. Three months ago the $2.5 billion Durres Yacht Club in Abu Dhabi was unveiled by Emaar Properties. But this upcoming island project seems to be the best best of Emaar as confirmed by the source from the company.
