Now you can enjoy a seven course meal at the highest you’ve ever been at the new pop-up restaurant on Mt Everest!

What Is It?

Some bosses don’t just climb the Mount Everest, but also set up a fine dine restaurant there! For a project called Triyagyoni, four super chefs along with ten diners are all set to make an eight day voyage to garner ingredients that will be used to prepare a seven course meal at the Everest Base Camp. Basically, the pop-up restaurant will be set up at 11,600 feet at the Everest Base Camp and the ingredients used for the meals here will be assembled on the eight day trek starting from Lukla, Nepal.

What Do We Know?

Top caliber chefs and diners will be trekking six hours everyday to garner quality spices to prepare the meals. The spices and herbs required for designing a meal at that altitude will have to be the best quality because of the decreased sense of taste. This trek is being conducted to raise awareness regarding sustainability issues and the money gathered from here will be donated to local charities.
