- La Selva – Expected to open in November, this restaurant will boast Amazon in South American cuisine, which will be enjoyed in a vibrant and luxurious restaurant that has been designed to reflect rainforest.
- Cigar Lounge – This space is also expected to open in November 2023 and will be perfect for people who enjoy sipping on handcrafted cocktails and whiskeys.
- Cattleya – The space is going to open in November 2023, and featuring elegant decor, it will be a great place for people to socialise with other members.
