A Team Of Women Employees Are Managing These Mumbai Metro Stations

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority and Maha Mumbai Metro Rail Operation Corporation came together to take the decision for the women staff to operate Akruli and Eksar metro stations,  as reported by Indian Express. Both Akruli and Eksar metro stations are currently run by a total of 76 women staff. Every employee working here is a woman, making it an all-women working staff.

The Decision Is To Break All The Barriers & Promote Inclusivity!

Both men and women workers working and doing their bits to run the humongous transport industry is a great message for diminishing any kind of gender discrimination. The Maha Mumbai Metro Rail Operation Corporation stated how this step is to applaud the massive contributions of women employees in this sector. This is an absolutely safe place for all the women staff with designated changing rooms in the above-mentioned metro lines.

The great part is that the Maha Mumbai Metro Rail Operation Corporation is also very much focused on providing improved experiences to all female passengers. To help the women passengers, they have separate women coaches for travelling and a helpline number (toll-free) as well. The number is 1800 889 0808 and you ladies need to take note of this.
