Located within the peaceful grounds of Gagangiri Maharaj Ashram, this temple is dedicated to the nine planetary deities of Hindu belief, Surya, Chandra, Mangal, Budh, Guru, Shukra, Shani, Rahu, and Ketu. Many devotees visit the Navgraha Temple seeking relief from astrological doshas, blessings, clarity, or simply a sense of balance. But even if you arrive with zero knowledge of astrology, the place has its own pull. 

One of the most striking things here is how the temple reveals itself in layers. Turn one side, and you notice another shrine. Walk a little further, and a different deity of Shiva appears. Yes, some people even say it has a Mini Kedarnath inside it.

Getting there is refreshingly easy; take a train from Dadar to Khopoli.
