Hailing from Mayur Vihar Phase 1 in Delhi NCR, on this episode of Tere Gully Mein, he shared all about his journey to becoming a social media influencer while enjoying a food trail in his childhood neighbourhood. Ankush Bahuguna Knows How To Deal With Trolls

In this episode, Ankush Bahuguna revealed how he finally found his calling for content creation and what pushed him to start creating beauty content. He shared that until he was in college, he was a typical ‘accha bachcha’ and wasn’t mischievous at all. Talking about his equation with his family, he revealed that he has an elder sister, which meant having three parents watching over him while growing up. This left him with little time or opportunity to be mischievous.

When it came to his journey as a content creator, we were definitely curious about the reaction he received when he started making beauty content. Makeup for men is still not very common in India, so with his content, Ankush definitely stepped out of the box. We were eager to know how people received it. Ankush shared that since he was already creating comedy content before getting into makeup, he was used to dealing with trolling and negative comments. He emphasised that the most important thing is to have good friends who know and appreciate you for who you are. That kind of support system definitely helps in dealing with online reactions.

We Enjoyed Gol Gappas At His Favourite Spot

The next stop on our food trail was Bansal Sweets, where we indulged in some delicious gol gappas. Having tried them before, Ankush Bahuguna vouched for their deliciousness. Sharing more about his favourite spot, he revealed that when he was a kid, right opposite Bansal Sweets was Aggarwal Sweets. The people in the locality were divided into two groups—one that loved Bansal Sweets and the other that preferred Aggarwal Sweets. Clearly, Ankush was always Team Bansal. He said that the green pani for gol gappa here has something very unique about it that he finds refreshing.
