Shagun Bakery, located in Delhi’s Durgapuri Chowk in Shahdara, recently made a special Kaju Katli cake and its video already went insanely viral on the internet. Instagram page bhukkad_dilli_ke uploaded the video of this unique dessert and it grabbed over 57.2K likes and 263 comments. The caption of the video reads, “Tag your friend who is a lover of Kaju Katli and can finish this cake alone.”
Pastry Topped With Toothsome Kaju Katlis
In the video, the pastry chef is seen cutting the cake out in round pieces from a tray. He then cuts each piece into three slim layers. The layers are then bound together by using whipped cream. In the next step, he coats the entire piece of cake with more cream from outside and then applies some dessert garnishing. At last, he adds magic to the cake by topping it up with pieces of Kaju Katli. The cake grabbed loads of love reactions from foodies.
