Amouage Cafe has opened at the five-star Alila Jabal Akhdar Hotel & Resort that’s sitting amidst the majestic Hajar mountains. But the hallmark of this newest eatery is that it’s located on the edge of the cliff on the Jabal Deck terrace. The prettily decked dining space features plush furniture and wide windows that offer a panoramic view of the surrounding area. As it happens, the location of the cafe is also where according to ancient traditions, Oman’s rare rock rose has been cultivated. According to a report by Business Plus, the Queen of all roses also lies in the centre of Amouage’s perfumery line!

Coming to its menu, you will find its reflection of savoir-faire and craftsmanship, which includes sharing dishes, local gourmet food, desserts, and lip-smacking beverages. Not to mention, this has been inspired by the luxury perfumery line of the house, which includes key ingredients like rose, frankincense, and saffron. We can totally imagine ourselves digging into drool-worthy dishes while taking in the marvellous beauty of the mountains, standing tall beyond the restaurant.
