We all love going out to eat. especially with our families and children, it is a great experience every time. Now, what if you got to know that your children aren’t allowed into your favourite place to eat? Heartbreaking, right? That is exactly what people in New Jersey felt when this Italian restaurant banned children under the age of 10 from their premises.

Nettie’s House of Spaghetti, an Italian eatery in New Jersey recently took to Facebook to announce their decision of banning children from eating in their restaurant. To be applicable from March 8th, 2023, this new policy has been declared recently.

The restaurant has shared the entire scenario of what led them to come to this decision. They addressed all the parents and accepted that their decision might offend some of them but they have been careful while reaching this decision. The difficulty they face to accommodate children, dealing with the mess, noise, tall chairs, and other challenges made them take this decision.

While they didn’t take this decision lightly, the recent events are going to make the stick to it.

The Internet Users Expressed Their Views On The Issue

Some people found this decision offensive and thought that the restaurant is not being welcoming enough with respect to the children, while others applauded them for taking the tough call. Some also expressed their agreement with what the restaurant team felt and went through.

One individual said that even though his children are all grown up now, he can totally imagine what the restaurant is talking about and agrees with their decision. Another individual expressed his regret over not being able to visit the eatery now because he has a 9-year-old.
