This Ramleela Thali With Missi Roti, Tandoori Roti And Curries From Delhi Food Stall Is Going Viral!

Jumbo Bahubali thalis with plenty of food items on one platter have grabbed the attention of foodies already. Now a Ramleela Thali from Delhi is going viral too. A food joint named Chhotey Lal’s in Karkardooma, Delhi serves this thali consisting of a missi roti, a tandoori roti, four aromatic curries, pickles and salad. While the reason behind calling the thali Ramleela is unknown, it looks drool-worthy in every bit. The video of the thali has been shared by popular Delhi food blogger Chirag Sardana on his Instagram handle ‘snappysage’. It has grabbed over 22.5K likes.

A Thali That’s Wholesome And Delish At The Same Time!

In the video, the chef first rolls the rotis and heats them on the surface of a traditional furnace. Before heating the missi roti, he makes tiny holes in it with the help of a fork. Once the rotis are ready, he smears them with dollops of desi butter. Then he pours paneer curry, chole curry, dal makhani and soya curry in four bowls. These amazeballs served with salads and pickles look oh-so-comforting. The thali is simple, delicious, wholesome and healthy. Earlier, Pulkit Daga had shared the video of the thali on his YouTube channel.
