Sakshi Bakshi has healthcare consulting and culinary experience from Le Cordon Bleu, London. She incorporates DNA analytics to boost personalised DNA-based nutrition known as ‘nutrigenomics’. She revealed to TNIE that their DNA-based plan includes an in-depth analysis of 46 SNPs in 36 genes for food reactivity and vitamin account. The meals are not just healthy but tasty too. It includes dishes like quesadillas, chole bhature, strawberry cheesecake and more. They also offer vegan, low carb and simple balanced meals.
