How To Prepare These Beetroot Pink Dosas?

When it comes to preparing the signature pink dosa, all you need to do is follow the instructions, get the batter ready and prepare crispy golden dosas. First, blend 1 cup of dosa mix, 1/2 cup of plain curd and water into a consistent batter. You can adjust the consistency according to your preference. If you find the yoghurt taste to be sour, you can add milk or water instead. Next, keep the batter aside for 5 minutes before cooking.

Take a non-stick pan and heat it to medium. Add butter or ghee. Once hot, pour the batter and distribute it evenly on the heated pan. Cook it well on both sides. Since super grains are used in this pink dosa, it takes a longer time to cook than refined flour.  Finely, serve your beetroot pink dosas with chutney, freshly cooked vegetables, a dollop of ghee or sambhar.
