A viral video by an Instagram food blogger has tickled the tastebuds of every Indian and that is the unique ‘Fire Dosa’ which has taken social media by storm. A video shared by the food blogger ‘Foodie Incarnate’ has received more than 620k views since the time it was posted. The unique Fire Dosa at Indore’s Dosa Craft is cooked with huge flames encompassing it from all sides.

Let us inform you more about this unique dish. First, the Tawa was heated on high flame and the dosa batter was spread on a fiery metal plate. A variety of spices, vegetables, cheese and sauces were filled inside it. Then, a delicious masala is enveloped in it. Next, the vendor sliced the Fire Dosa into sections.
