To celebrate Diwali and ignite the light in the lives of employees, companies often hold parties where they serve lavish food, arrange games and more. In fact, gifting sweets and other gifts is another reason you’d probably look forward to Diwali at your office. But a Surat company took the Diwali bonus to a whole new level. Surat Company Gifts Electric Scooters To Employees To Protect Environment

According to a Mint report, Alliance Group, a company in Surat, Gujarat gifted electric scooters to its employees for Diwali. The Director of the company, Subhash Dawar revealed to Mint that they decided to gift electric vehicles to their employees to combat the rising fuel prices and other environmental reasons. Subhash further stated that the reason behind gifting electric vehicles to their employees is not to put their company on the headlines. But to help the company save expenditure on fuel. Moreover, the Surat-based firm also aims to contribute to protecting the environment through this initiative.

Subhash Dawar also revealed to Mint that he always believed in the goodwill of the environment. He added that it’s his passion to take every possible step to conserve the environment.
