The G7 Summit taking place in Apulia’s Fasano in Italy began yesterday. The summit is from June 13, 2024, to June 15, 2024. Pictures and videos of the PM of the host country were shared online. Netizens were quick to spot that Meloni was welcoming a few guests by folding hands.
Two instances in particular spread like wildfire on X (formerly known as Twitter). In both instances, Meloni is seen joining her hands and slightly bowing – an uncanny namaste gesture. This small gesture won over millions of Indians.
