To ensure a seamless experience, the platform has also added a “Trips” section. Under this section, the users will get all the necessary details like the park’s opening and closing hours, peak visiting periods, entry protocols, transport routes, and the official tourism website of the state. With this information, tourists will be able to make informed decisions and plan their day accordingly.

Talking about this initiative, Ankit Khanna, Chief Product Officer – Hotel, Growth & Emerging Businesses at MakeMyTrip, said that India has over 100 national parks and more than 1,000 protected areas that offer significant potential for wildlife tourism.
