You may be curious about the COVID-19 requirements that you still need to follow if you have any planned trip plans from UAE to India or if you’ll be there during a festival. A PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test is required, right? Are there any Air Suvidha forms that need to be completed? All the information is here. 

Latest COVID Guidelines If You Are Travelling From UAE to India 

Whether they are completely vaccinated or not, travellers must still complete the Air Suvidha Self Declaration form, according to the regulations. The circular states that fully vaccinated UAE travellers travelling in India would no longer be subject to a pre-departure PCR test.

Passengers who have completed their vaccinations must submit their vaccination certificate, given by a government agency, to the Air Suvidha travel website. Unvaccinated people must provide proof of a negative PCR test performed no more than 72 hours before departure.

Things To Consider Before You Travel 

According to MohFW’s recommendations, overseas travellers should take the following actions before booking their trip:

A. Fill out the Air Suvidha Self Declaration form, which asks for information about the previous 14 days of travel and personal and COVID-19-related health information. Things To Consider Before Boarding The UAE To India Flight

You have to produce your self-declaration form before boarding. Airlines will only board passengers who have completed the Air Suvidha self-declaration form and submits a negative PCR test or immunisation certificate.

Airlines recommend warning passengers on the dos and don’ts of COVID-19 precautions. Moreover, to guarantee that only asymptomatic individuals board.

All travellers should download the Aarogya Setu app on their mobile devices. The official COVID-19 contract-tracing application in India is Aarogya Setu.

Things To Consider On Arrival 

The thermal screening will perform on all passengers at airports. Those will find to be symptomatic will segregate. Therefore, sent to a medical institution by the health protocol. If they test positive, the procedure will track and handle their contacts. 

All arriving travellers will self-monitor their health over the following 14 days. If travellers experience COVID-19 symptoms while self-monitoring, they must self-isolate themselves. Moreover, report to the closest health institution or contact the National hotline number (1075) or their State’s helpline number.
