Before going on a trip, it is natural for you to wonder if your back, knees, and joints will cooperate while you take on such difficult routes. But these tips will help you prepare for this journey. Rujuta Diwekar showed three easy but very effective exercises to the viewers.
The first exercise helps one release and maintain their body weight perfectly. For this, all they have to do is get down the stairs in a 5-count manner, as shown in the video by her. You have to get down at least five steps in this manner. This is crucial because most injuries that take place happen while you are getting down.
In the second exercise, Rujuta climbs the steps sideways, step by step, putting all the pressure on one side and later balancing it. You have to do this exercise by climbing the stairs first on the right side and then on the left side.
Regular And Proper Practice
Now to balance all this comes the third exercise, which is stretching. Keeping the left thigh straight, you have to keep your right feet on one of the stairs and hold this position for 5 counts. You have to repeat this on your other leg as well.
With regular practice of these exercises, you are good to go off on any trek you wish!
