Internet user Raji Didi (@homefoodswithraji) often shares delicious homemade recipes that give us plenty of ideas to try at home and avoid outside food. In the video, we can hear a woman asking the cook what is in the dish, to which she replies, “Rajma Roti and Teekhi Chutney.” Yes, she brought rajma and roti together, giving us the perfect way to add a twist to our regular meals.
While sharing the recipe, she mentioned that we often do not consume enough nutrients, which can affect our bodies. She added that this Rajma Roti provides a good amount of protein and fibre, helping us stay energetic throughout the day. And we are absolutely excited to try it.

How To Make At Home
Ingredients:
- Rajma
- Whole wheat flour
- Green chillies
- Fresh coriander
- Salt
- Cloves
- Red Chillies
- Green cardamom
- Cinnamon
- Onion
- Tomato
- Garlic cloves
- Peanuts
Method:
- Start by soaking rajma overnight and cooking it until it becomes soft and easy to mash.
- Then on the other prepare the garama masala by mixing cloves, red chillies, cinnamon, and daalchini
- Mix the cooked rajma with the masala, then add wheat flour, green chillies, coriander, and salt.
- Combine everything well and knead it into a soft dough. Make small dough balls and roll them into rotis just like regular chapatis.
- Cook them on a hot tawa until both sides turn golden and crispy. Add a little ghee for extra taste.
- Serve these protein-packed Rajma Rotis hot with tikhi chutney and enjoy a delicious meal.
- For tikhi chutney, crush garlic and peanuts together. Take a bowl and add chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, and fresh coriander.
- Mix in the crushed garlic-peanut mixture and combine everything well.
- Add salt according to your taste and with a final mix, your chutney is ready to enjoy
