The first SO/ Hotel in Dubai, which was first announced by Accor in 2018, will likewise be located in Uptown Dubai. A total of 5.8 million square feet of commercial and residential space will be delivered by Uptown Tower.
The tower’s exterior facade has now been fully erected, according to DMCC. It was initially scheduled to debut in 2020. When finished, it will include 229 SO/ branded homes, restaurants, conference rooms, and other amenities.
Additionally, visitors will have use to amenities like a pool, a private fitness centre, and a lounge with a resident DJ.
Migrating to Dubai is going to get more worth it in the coming years with such upcoming giant projects providing residential and commercial spaces to indulge in.
