Uptown Dubai Will Undergo Some Major Transformation

Perhaps one of the most profitable and well-liked locally-owned eateries in the UAE is located in Dubai’s JLT neighbourhood, and it’s set to get much bigger. However, with the opening of the Uptown Dubai sector, which increases JLT’s footprint, the region’s F&B scene is expected to change in the upcoming years. The first SO/ Hotel in Dubai, which was first announced by Accor in 2018, will likewise be located in Uptown Dubai. A total of 5.8 million square feet of commercial and residential space will be delivered by Uptown Tower.

The tower’s exterior facade has now been fully erected, according to DMCC. It was initially scheduled to debut in 2020. When finished, it will include 229 SO/ branded homes, restaurants, conference rooms, and other amenities.

Additionally, visitors will have use to amenities like a pool, a private fitness centre, and a lounge with a resident DJ.

Migrating to Dubai is going to get more worth it in the coming years with such upcoming giant projects providing residential and commercial spaces to indulge in.
