Hajj can leave even the fittest person feeling worn out. After all the crowded areas and physical challenges in the heat, it makes perfect sense to rest before getting on with your daily routine. Hence, health experts are reminding pilgrims to take a break.
MoHAP has asked returning pilgrims to give their bodies complete rest. If you notice any feeling of unrest, be it a cough or a bit of a temperature, immediately see a doctor. Get proper medical advice and follow the steps. If you notice continued fever or cough for two weeks after returning from Hajj, visit the doctor again.

In order to take care of yourself and family, you need to give yourself the required rest and medication if needed. Watch out for any signs of illness and make sure you don’t ignore them. Follow the guidance announced the healthcare authorities and help the community to be healthy.
