Dubai Police and Dubai RTA have joined hands to spread awareness among bicycle and scooter riders. Yes, in an outreach and law-enforcement campaign, they raised public awareness and provided educational guidance for the riders of the two modes of transport. As it happens, the campaign also used several channels, such as direct field visits and guidance ads in the media and social networks.
2. Emirates Launches First Flight With Sustainable Aviation Fuel

For the first time ever, Emirates has launched its operations using Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Provided by Shell Aviation, the flight took off from Dubai International Airport on October 24 for Sydney. As it happens, Shell has supplied 3,15,000 gallons of blended SAF for use at the airline’s hub in Dubai. Not to mention, this comprises a ratio of 40% Neat SAF and 60% of conventional Jet A-1 fuel. As a result, in its neat form, SAF reduces greenhouse gas emissions by up to 80%.

Ethara has showcased that it has brought in some brilliant new additions, which are a part of the ongoing sustainability initiatives. This development comes ahead of the biggest event weekend, Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. So, as it is said to debut for the 15th edition of the event at Yas Marina, the all-new Abu Dhabi GP application will also be going live.
Not to mention, together with the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and Yas Marina Circuit, Ethara has signed an agreement to introduce a new solar power car park system inside the venue. As a result, this will generate 30% of the circuit’s total annual energy demand. Not to mention, the initiative aligns with Formula 1 net zero strategy as well.
