Dubai has always been the innovation hub for all types of growth. The Royal family is always investing their time, money, and intellect to make the city progress in every aspect of human welfare. These innovations have made life simpler for UAE residents in general. Apart from an easy visa system now resident visa applicants will have access to their medical reports in a mere half an hour.

New Facility Provides Medical Results In 30 Mins

The inaugural ceremony of this new initiative took place at the new state-of-the-art facility on Wednesday. The facility received the title, Smart Saleem. The 12,000-square-foot DIFC Smart Salem center processes 800 clients daily. Dubai is marching towards sustainability, hence the system is 100% paperless.

Sheikh Maktoum, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the UAE, and Deputy Ruler of Dubai, officially inaugurated the center. It is Dubai’s second center of its sort to open. City Walk had the first Smart Saleem opened in 2020.

This new facility is professionally designed to take a quick scan of the resident visa applicants and provide the results in under 30 mins. This proves to be a heavy advantage for people as they can skip the long waiting span to receive the results. The facility is an AI-based system.

What Will You Find At This New Facility?

The one-stop shop has eight smart check-in kiosks. It consists of an on-site laboratory, seven private blood collection rooms, three X-ray rooms, an Emirates ID biometrics desk, and an Amer support office.

The blood collection system is automatic and a novel service launched for the first time in the region. The robots will greet you at the centers. They are present at the barista. The robot also has the duty of routine hygiene checks and transportation.

Visit the center from Sunday to Friday to enjoy the services of Smart Saleem. Visitors will just need to spend 60 90 minutes at the facility to acquire their digital visas. By the closing of this year, Tecom will host the third Smart Salem center.
